Hello from Boston! This note is long overdue. My name is Bill Foppiano, you can likely look me up through my customer number listed below and see that I recently purchased a Honeywell alarm system and some accessories through your company. Initially, I was able to get most of the system installed and wired, but being a first time DIY installer I ran into a couple of roadblocks and decided to call your tech support number for help. I believe during the entire installation process I needed to call a total of three times and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service. The wait time for all three calls was not painful at all, in fact the third time I called there was no wait time at all. The highlight however was your technician Jeff. Jeff was very quick to build rapport, patient, very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and always very clear and concise with direction. Maybe I was very lucky but all three times I called I was connected to Jeff, each time he remembered me and was happy to help with my situation. He even followed up after two of our calls with an email regarding what we spoke about and links to your website regarding items I would need should I want to expand the system based on our conversation. I work for a large nationwide customer service driven car rental company and oversee a location with 200+ employees and 750,000 customer transactions annually and know the difficulties involved with finding someone of Jeff's caliber.Congratulations to your customer service team and management staff for finding this very customer oriented, well educated technician, if he is a reflection of your entire staff, undoubtably this company is doing it right! I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the Home Security Store and their Technical Support Team. The service and support that you provide is first rate. With my current situation it became necessary to install a home security system and I didn't have a lot of time to accomplish the task. From the sales representative to the warehouse and shipping department to the tech support group you all were able to provide me with everything I needed and now I can honestly say my wife and I will sleep and feel much safer. Even with small-talk, we were done in under 5 minutes. It was unbelievable, and that short amount of time will do wonders for making us all feel more secure at home. To whom this may concern: I just wanted to write to express how happy I have been with The Home Security Store's quality of Technical Support. Specifically, I have been dealing with technician Freddie Amaral. He has been extremely helpful, responsive, AND courteous. I talked to him on the phone numerous times, and he was always great to deal with. It is rare to see such a combination of technical capability and personal skills. I would like to thank him for his help, and let him know that my Honeywell/Ademco wireless system has been set up successfully! I am really happy with my new system, and even happier when I think of how much money I saved with the Home Security Store. I bought a few items that it turned out I didn't need. The returns process was painless. Now that my system is up and running, I have a better idea of the exact components (additional sensors) I want to fill out my system. There is no question that I will be ordering them directly from the Home Security Store. Thanks again,

Outstanding Job! Jeffrey and Matt provided outstanding technical support to successfully program a new key fob into my LYNXR-2 system. They were patient and very professional. Joehenry, I got through to your tech. support yesterday and they were brilliant! I do not remember the guys name I spoke with but he did a great job walking me through the re-wiring of the sensor/contacts and the system is working perfectly. Great work, great product, great service. I'll now be looking at purchasing additional accessories and componants for the system from your firm. Thanks again,

My name is John Reyes and I recently purchased quite a bit of equipment from your company. I needed to secure my home that was recently broken into. I found your company via the inter net and contacted your company. The sales rep was very informative and helpful in assisting me to determine all parts needed. I think his name was Ruben. I picked up all the equipment on a Friday, and was able to install items within a day. While installing the equipment, I needed to contact your tech support for assistance. Alex, Max, Steven and a couple of guys helped me set up the alarms. Alex even called me back on my cell phone, and followed up to see if I was able to install everything OK. In this day and time, you don't necessarily see customer support like that anymore. It was a refreshing welcome. Having the tech support of these gentlemen, reflects your company well. I can see why they are part of your customer service. I sincerely appreciated all the help they gave me , and will definitely do business with your company again.
