Ordered product for a job paid for expedited shipping product showed up a day late and order was incomplete with a note saying back ordered! Bottom of the packing slip the was a note saying contact customer if there is a problem. No contact from them about backorder! If there was contact about the back order I could have changed the product to something they had in stock.

I am not a professional alarm installer. But I own several rental properties, and have over the years installed alarm systems in all of them. I have always bought my alarm parts from these fine folks. They ALWAYS fill their orders promptly, and accurately. Only recently did I receive my first DOA product, a malfunctioning cellular communicator. Mike in Tech Support helped me to determine it was faulty, gave me an RMA, and it's now being replaced. These guys are top notch, and always a pleasure to do business with.

I only wish I could offer more than 5 stars! Blake in sales hooked me up with everything I needed at competitive prices. It was pretty easy to install. But tech support? That's where the experience really excelled! Answered on the first ring, spoke English, and quickly assessed my competency. In an hour, the system was totally up and running. Jeff is the best!

I bought a door alarm a few years ago. I had it propped against my back door. While I was out of town someone kicked my back door in. The plastic part literally shattered. The burglar was then able to access my home. I do not recommend the Home Security Store.

I would like to comment on the professionalism of the Home Security Store. The sales person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about a the alarm products. He walked me through my order and told me exactly what I needed to install the alarm system. The Home Security Store has a customer for life!

We would recommend doing business with these nice, honest, (KNOWLEDGEABLE tech. dept.) people .We own a commercial property a long with a bicycle business where security is always a thought because of the mobility of our products . When you offer bicycles in the price & value range up to $11,000.00 not uncommon these days with carbon fiber & electric assist options . Living above the shop presents it's own set of particular needs from a system. Do it yourself options are great to save money, but it is even better when you have someone like Alex in the service dept. to help you along the way. I can't speak about any bad experiences yet in about 7 or 8 times of customer contact from them, Respectfully, Fox River Sports Wisconsin, U.S.A.

The Sales personnel is very friendly and helpful, and the purchase process went extremely well. However, when you need the technical suppport (they advertise lifetime free technical support) it is very common to wait more than an hour for them to even take your call (90 minutes was my longest wait). The technical suppor people are unfriendly and if you are not an electrician, their help is not of much value!
