12 Month Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with product performance and product durability. That’s why all products that are categorized under our 12 month warranty are guaranteed to be free of breakage, under reasonable condition, within the time period of one year from the date of purchase. If for some reason your merchandise is damaged due to defects in materials or manufacturer workmanship your product will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Home Security Store, Inc. may choose to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.

To obtain warranty service, there are no deductibles or hidden fees. However, you will need to pay to deliver the product to us. On the other hand, there is no charge for shipping the repaired product or brand new product to you.

All products that are return to us for repair require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting Home Security Store Customer Service at (800) 954-0422. You should display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your repair. Please mail your item to our Customer Service Department at –

Please note products showing abuse, misuse, alteration, or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under our 12 month warranty.

In the event that a product needs repair after one year from the date of purchase, Home Security Store is still there for you. We will assist in having items repaired by the manufacturer or a suitable repair facility if possible. In cases like this, customers will be charged for cost of repair and handling.

Limited Warranty
Limited warranties apply to batteries, transformers, and wire. Although these items are brand new and should perform as expected, there is no warranty.

In addition, clearance Items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may elect to receive store credit from Home Security Store, Inc. or a full refund. To return a defective item please follow the return shipping instructions stated above.
