Ruben has been with Home Security Store for the past five years. He is the HSS Sales Manager. Although Ruben was born and raised in Southern California, he is a Dallas Cowboy fanatic. Prior to coming to Home Security Store, Ruben served as Operations Manager for a Dish Network warehouse. Ruben says good customer service boils down to one simple rule - "Listening to your customer and focusing on the conversation."

Stephen has quickly become a valued member of the Home Security Store family. A California native (and brother of Sales Rep Josh), Stephen worked in customer service for many years before coming to Home Security Store, so you know you'll really be taken care of when working with Stephen as a Sales Rep.

Stephen is also a musician and spends his free time playing live shows with his band. His favorite type of music includes Ska and Reggae, and he counts The Sopranos as his favorite television show of all time.

Brent is one of Home Security Store's newest Sales Representative and he fits right in. Prior to working at HSS, he was employed as a teacher in the Riverside Unified School District. Brent was born and raised in Riverside, California where Home Security Store is based. He attended Arlington High School and received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California Riverside (UCR).

Josh is a native of Southern California and has been with Home Security Store for just over a year. Josh has been no stranger to the home security industry as he spent several years working for various alarm companies before securing a job as one of our lead Sales Representatives.

Josh comes from a large family and is the 3rd of a total of 6 children, counting Sales Rep Stephen as his older brother. An avid sports fan, Josh loves soccer, football and baseball, and can often be seen spending his free time surfing, wake boarding or snowboarding.
