Reporter Yard and Driveway Motion Offers Voice Communication

Don't be satisfied by a tone alert when your motion sensor is tripped. Whether you're awaiting visitors or deliveries or are seeking security for your home, swimming pool or construction site, the Reporter w/Voice alert system combines a wireless motion sensor with a built-in speaker that lets you talk with the person on the sensor's end. When movement is detected, an alert is sounded at the base station, which will allow you to listen through the sensor's wireless microphone. You may also talk to the person on the sensor's end by pressing TALK on the base.

The Reporter w/ Voice Yard Driveway alarm security system includes one motion sensor and one base receiver. Up to seven additional motion detectors may be purchased and added to each receiver, allowing you to cover a total of eight different locations at once with eight distinct beeps. You can also purchase additional receivers and set the motion detector to alert multiple receivers simultaneously.

Both the sensor and base have relays, which can activate other electrical devices, such as louder alarm bells, lights or cameras (sold separately). The base station can work with up to eight sensors, each with a distinct tone to distinguish it from the others. These additional sensors are sold separately. The sensor runs on four AA batteries, and the base unit also requires four AA batteries for power backup in the event of a power outage. Batteries are sold separately.
