Totally recommend paying extra (only like $12 extra) for these. They are really small, can be easily mounted on window or glass (with the double sided tape) and can be mounted on hard to reach places. I bought the normal (bigger) transmitters for the doors and these for the windows, but wish I bought these smaller ones for the doors as well. The bigger ones are a bit of an eye sore.
