I, like the previous reviewer had a buzzing and/or clicking noise once the sirens were installed and a test was run. I called tech support and they immediately knew what the issue was and had me install a 1K ohms resistor (Brown, Black, Red, Gold) across the + and - terminals of the bell output on the panel. The resistor immediately resolved the issue and the sirens now work flawlessly. The sirens emit a pulsed, high pitched, and very loud tone. My ears felt like I had been at a rock concert after I was done testing and installing these sirens. Would suggest adding these sirens in addition to sirens with a lower tone (non-piezo) to fill out the audible range. Hope this helps!

Easy to mount in a single gang box. Very unobtrusive. We have three scattered throughout a 3600 sq ft building. The sound is ear-splitting in every area of the building. Extremely shrill and impossible to ignore.

VERY loud and ear piercing. The only problem I had was that there was a buzzing noise when hooked to panel alone. I used a resistor in parallel and it fixed the problem. VERY LOUD, SHRILL, and EAR PIERCING! {:o)
