It works great. I have wired the water sensor to a relay to let me know when my generator is running during power outage. I am very happy.

I bought and set up this alarm system over 2 yrs ago and am so happy with it. Easy to install and use. It has been a great way to give us peace of mind when doing the snowbird thing in the winter. Our home is in northern Illinois. It does work and is a great value for the price.

While we were away last Winter and experienced power outages, plus water in our basement from a frozen or clogged basement drain; we purchased the THP201. I tested the "Water Sensor" alarm already by placing the sensing cable in a glass of water. It works great! Fred of Maine

Love this product. Gives me peace of mind when away from home, especially in the winter when we are gone for 2 months. It has alerted me on 3 occassions in the past 2 yrs. I have recommended the unit to many friends. One uses it for a motor home he stores away from his home.
