Great system for the money. I did need some guidance from HSS tech support, which was prompt and courteous. All in all, installation, programming and testing was a snap. Works well beyond my high expectations.

When I had my store, I had a professional 6-zone system installed and monitored. It cost $375 for the installation. After retiring, I wanted a cheap but reliable motion-sensor-triggered alarm to put in my workshop, about 300 feet from the house. It had to turn on a bell or siren that I could hear from inside the house. This unit looked fine for the price, if I added the $16 exterior siren. When I received it and read the literature, I was astounded. This unit apparently has all the same features as the one in my store. It can dial a monitoring service, and can be set to provide the proper codes for many such Well, I wanted to add a lot more info for other users, but this webpage says I have exceeded limit. Oh well. Buy this made in Israel unit.

Good system for the money. There was no installation manual included in the kit, but after reviewing the wiring diagram that was included - it was easy to figure out how to wire everything up. The included owners manual was easy to read and follow. There was no instructions on how to set up a zone for a delayed entry and exit - although zone 1 comes already factory preset with a 20 second delay.

A very versatile alarm for the money, but the manual was a little vague for the do-it-yourselfer. It should come with the lock for the cabinet and it needs an extra 12v output to power motion detectors. Otherwise a great little system.

Once we got it installed, it worked very well. The detectors are sensitive and the horn is quite lound in a store. There were no instructions on what type(s) of wire to use in connecting up the power supply and detectors. Adding 100' of detector wire and 10' of power supply wire would be nice improvement. Although there is a wiring diagram, it would have been nice to have some instructions to tell the customer they have purchased normally closed (N/C) alarms and that the enclosed resistors must be wired in series with them. Most users will not be concerned with the anti-tamper feature on the motion detectors and do not need to wire that feature up.

Great alarm for a great price. I Bought this system with An extra siren and motion dector. Works great though it did take me a while to figure out you must detach the chip connector on the central staton, the chip connector is like a piece of plastic with metal in it, if it connects the two prongs above the word default the ready light will not come on thus the system will not arm. I believe the point of it is to re-set the system if you foreget the passcode it defaults back to 1-2-3-4 unless other wise programed by company.
