I have had a Simon wireless alarm system for at least ten years, and I have had to buy new keychain fobs at least three times in that time period. The handles break after about a year. I used Gorilla glue and some clamps, and was able to reinforce the newest ones, it takes a while, but, can be done. In reality, that shoudln't have to be done, the company is not doing a good job with the keychain fobs.

Just off the phone with Tech Support, and my keyfob is working just like they said it would. Now I can arm/disarm my alarm system from the car. I don't t hink I could have done it without the great help from the Tech guys at HSS. Thanks again for great products and an even greater Tech Support Department.

The Allegro system does not have a lighted keypad, while this does not present much of a problem in my case, the keyfob does present a good solution for those cases where the lack of light is an issue. I like being able to arm/disarm the system from the front porch with ease.
