Followed instructions, and it worked like it said it should. Custom programming was a bit hard to follow, but can be done. Am pleased with purchase and performance. No need to enter user code to arm for stay, exit or chime like my current system. Had two keypads, one in the entry and one in the master bedroom. My teenagers hated it because I always knew what time they were coming home or if they were trying to sneak out at night. Will be ripping out my current system and replacing it with this.
