Acoustic sensor with PowerCode transmitter The MCT-501 is a wireless glass break detector with a PowerCode transmitter. The acoustic sensor module of the MCT-501 is omni-directional, providing 360 Degrees of coverage. The sensor can be mounted as close as 1 m (3.3 ft) from the glass. When mounted on an opposite wall or adjoining walls or on the ceiling, the range is 6 m (20 ft) for plate, tempered, laminated and wired glass. For armor-coated glass, the sensor should be mounted no further than 3.65 m (12 ft) from the glass.

I installed two where they cover two windows each, I recommend these with the Visonic +, I plan on buying two more.

This is a good Glass Break detector and it works well. The thing I don’t like about it is that you need one for every room that has glass. That could get somewhat costly. I have 8 rooms in my house. Don’t you make one that covers the whole house?
