Works great. The other reviewer who gave low rating needs to READ the manual. It clearly states how to draw current from AUX of main board and that the internal battery is there to make up any difference in needed power. You can also use a battery dedicated to the dialer. If you need a larger battery, you can put one in it's own can and turn off the current limiting feature to charge bigger batteries.

Product works exactly as the manufacturer specs, it has to be register to an authorized central station like Alarm Relay, otherwise is obsolete. I disagree with the other comments and recomend the product 100%. When dealing with security i want my equipment to be the best and be monitored by the best like Alarm Relay....

The manual is worthless. Must be reset manually if it can't connect to Connect24 even when gsm signal is good. The device can't be powered off of the accessory power connection on the panel because its voltage requirements are way too strict. Won't charge the battery unless the voltage requirements are met exactly. Reports low battery if the 12V battery reports anything but completely full. Internal battery is way to small. Uses internal battery even when it has power from AC. Manual indicates 'high' current and 'low' current modes, settable by jumper, but can't use internal battery as a backup if using 'high' current mode for some reason.
