Water Sensor is triggered by a mosture bridge across the sensor contact. normally open sensor. Can detect a layer of water as minute as 1/16 of an inch in depth. 5 Volt DC Water Sensor

Simple installation, just add it to a zone (or zones), add a parallel EOL resistor, program it to a 24-hour aux. zone and you're protected from water damage. People are crazy if they don't add at least one of these in the laundry room! A little pricey for what it does, but built very, very well.
