Love these vanishing sensors. Very small and powerful. I have a large gap/offset between the doors and frames and had trouble with my previous sensors. These work perfectly. Would recommend highly.

This sensor is a total winner. I recently installed 4 units without any problems. The devices are so compact and work great. Easy to integrate into your wireless system. Simply follow the instructions with your wireless keypad (in the case of a DSC system with RFK55** keypad) and you are quickly up and running. So sleek, yet so powerful (the wireless range easily reached throughout the two story house). Buy these with total confidence. Exercise care when opening to install the battery. Pay attention to the instructions describing how to open the cover to avoid damage to the case. I repeatedly opened the case several times and with care it always snapped back together solidly.

Fantastic for the windows that you can't get a wire to. Very nice tolerance as far as the gap required to close the loop. Have 6 now and will be getting more soon to cover all the windows.

OK, like most all other reviews, very pleased with it's tiny footprint, it truly is almost unnoticeable on white window sills. Wish I had these in place of the regular DSC models. Curious on battery life vs the larger cell battery tho. NOTE: If your not familiar with opening or more important closing these, you need to watch for the two small tabs that fit into the bottom of the unit. if you just try to squeeze it shut, like you would do a keyfob, you will break/bend these tiny tabs and it's possible to unit will not stay closed. I'm right there!, tried to bend the flimsy tabs back into place and they started to tear away from the base.

Really like these transmitters! They were really easy to set up and super responsive. The magnet activates the reed switch from a pretty good distance, so they dont have to be right next to one another. Perfect for people who have trim that forces them to have more distance apart. Will buy more!

I installed three of these in my house. They were very easy to enroll in the wireless keypad I have (RFK5501). I have had one error with one of them already (failure to communicate). I am hoping it was just a fluke. If I don't have anymore problems in the near future I am going to be ordering four more.

I've had 9 of these on my system for going on 4 years. Long battery life, strong magnets, easy to install, and quick response. Have had 1 false alarm in 4 years. Can't complain at all.

This is a great wireless contact for any wirless DSC system. The magnet appears to be very strong (rare earth?) and can bridge wider gaps. The battery (CR2032) is also less expensive and easier to find than most other batteries at a variety of stores. The contact is almost unnoticeable.

This contact is not noticeable when installed. However, I have had several false alarms due to this device not registering the zone closing. Maybe I just have a dudd...

I bought one of these to replace a broken older model. It's so much better than the old ones. It is slimmer by far and appears to be interchangeable if you need to put it on a door or window. It takes a 2032 coin type battery which is so much cheaper and easy to find than the 2450 type needed by the others. It is a good step up from the model it replaces.

A great product--would have been 5 out of 5 if they were a little cheaper, but for what you get, it is a good deal. It is amazing how something so small can do what it does, and without any false alarms (so far).

I was very surprised at the size of the sensor and magnet and was thinking theres no way this will work. Oh was I wrong! If your looking for a very small sensor that will be unoticed, then this is it. Very pleased with the product and as usual, the Technical support with programming assistance.

Based on the pictures I was expecting this to be a few inches long - the magnet is about 1 inch and the sensor about 1.5 inches - tiny! Each to setup and install, just be careful, it's so small and thin that it feels somewhat delicate.
