EA400 - WINLAND ENVIRO ALERT

Monitor four zones with any combination of a remote temperature, humidity or water sensing probe. If temperatures and humidity deviate from the preset limits or water forms a bridge between the contacts on the WaterBug(r) sensor the designated relay for each zone will activate an alarm, dialer, transmitter, etc.

Winland's tech support is very helpful with explaining programming and features. No automated phone system and an actual live person withing seconds. Tossed a code of ''ERR'' and the recommended call to Winland customer service WAS NOT POSITIVE at all. He said it had rarely happened and if I wasn't still within the year's warrantee it would be a tosser for a $200 loss to me. Unit also was not shipped from Winland with the necessary terminal block plugs and required a call to Home Security Store technical support who ordered the necessary plugs from Winland shipped to me at no charge to me. I've never seen terminal blocks like this being used without all the plugs on them! This is either being cheap or forcing the buyer back to Winland to pay them more money to buy the plugs which should have been included initially. Good service from Home Security Store.
