MIke on 4/7/2013, said: The first one I bought worked for about a month then it would only close the door but would not open it. I returned it for another. The second one worked great when the keypad was within 15 feet of the smart button. Further than that (like outside my garage door) It was inconsistent at best. mostly it did not work. Do not buy.
