Two wire connection to the garage door opener allows the remote to control it also, great for replacing my missing garage remotes. I just order the PF284 - POWERFLASH Burglar Alarm Interface which is an X10 product that can be accessed from the AUX button on the remote to turn on and off lights or whatever.
