I ordered a specific battery (Ultra-Tech) and made it clear that I did not want a universal replacement. After being assured I would receive the battery pictured I placed the order. The battery sent was a universal replacement. I called the Home Security Store and was placed on hold after explaining why I called. I hung up after 16 minutes of listening to the recorded message about how important my call was to them.

Great product, once I hooked it back in to my alarm system, the beeping has stopped. The beeping was making me crazy.
