EXCELLENT product for the price. Installation was easy - watch the UTube video first. If at first the unit doesn't come on, all you have to do is reset it - follow the directions in the book. We love ours.

Super simple order, something I expected to find "anywhere" on the internet, but actually HSS turned out to be one of not that many places that had the item I was looking for. Very standard order placing mechanism, nothing unexpected, and order arrived within a day or two.

I have NOT received the product I ordered. It was ordered 5/21/12 yet, according to UPS tracking, the order was not processed and shipped until until 6/1/12. Delivery is not expected until 6/7/12. Whereas I can accept a 5 or 6 day delivery schedule with standard ground shipping, I cannot accept an 11 day delay in the order date and order processed date.

I couldn't be more pleased with these folks. I got a good deal on quality equipment, they shipped right away and free. The one time I needed tech support, they were knowledgeable and really sounded like they enjoyed what they were doing. Before I ordered I had a question about how an item works. The sales rep knew the item upside down and backwards without having to put me on hold and ask someone. Very refreshing to find that in the "modern" business world.

Hi Natasha. Actually yes!...I did try to purchase an item. However we cancelled the order since we were contacted over the phone on your name, and asked to "reconfirm my credit card number and security code of same"...something that I had already submitted in my purchase order, and by no means I think is secure to reconfirm over the phone...so... as said, the order was cancelled by me and for my security. I still will purchase the item however, although through other store. Many thanks for asking and for your kind attention. Regards. Martin Murphy

A list of variable products with a picture of the item and all the details were listed. This really made it easy for me to view and read the product I was needing. My selection was chosen and the process to check it out was even great. No hassles, no waiting, all the information was there to review on the product I choose to purchase. Each step process was smooth, just like sailing on calm waters and feeling the cool breeze in your hair and face. I was kept informed of when my order was shipped and when it was to arrive. I was very impressed with the excellent and outstanding service provided by Home Security store's website. I have shared my experience and the product I purchased with co-workers at my employment. Even those who don't own a home alarm system yet. I did let them know how much I liked shopping at the Home Security store and highly recommend they visit the website. Since they never know until they've given it a try and who’s to say, someone they know just might need a product from the Home Security store. Fast shipping and a good home product. It was fairly easy to set-up. Devices are self registering, and work well. Initially, the programming took a bit to figure out, but is fairly basic. If you don't want to customize your security system, it basically works out of the box with default alarm settings (once your devices are registered). There are lots of YouTube videos that show setup, etc. If you are new to alarm systems, I highly recommend you view as many as U can, prior to installing anything. This will save you from doing things twice

I ordered my products, two keyfob remotes in hope that the package would arrive before the technician came to install my security system and sure enough it arrived a day before. So I was able to complete my alarm package on the day of installation. I did a comparison with Amazon.com and Home Security Store was far better in shipping and delivery service. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you Home Security Store.

The Home Security Store gave us the flexibility we needed in today's environment. We wanted to save money and ditched the home phone, the old security system, AND the monitoring! The system we decided on calls directly to our cell phones so we can monitor. The tech support was great (manuals supplied with our system had small print that was a little difficult to read at our age). Support helped integrated our system with the garage system also. Had no problem with a return I had. Tech support hours could be better but if you are satisfied with e-mail, everything should be fine! I might even buy bio-metric equipment with them later. Shipments were fast and complete. Personnel friendly (tech support may have you on hold for awhile but they work with you all the way). I have made three different purchases with them and always the same, fast, courteous, and complete.
