Called in with questions before purchase - friendly support, knowledgeable of products and compatibilities. Shipped fast; free shipping; items arrived as expected. Web site has the product manuals and some of the software posted. Good support forums.

I am very satisfied with the Home Security Store. All four of my orders seemed to ship within 24 hours and arrived in a couple of days via UPS. The orders were complete, all the parts worked. One of their big strengths is their tech support. They helped me with a couple of configuration issues.

The alarm system arrived on time and everything was in the box and packed well. I am still in the process of installation because of what I classify as the differences between my old system and the DSC system. At this point I am not sure if the I missed something in describing what I have or the CSR did not realize the potential compatibility issues. I also must say I thought I knew more about alarms than I have learned I do so some of things I need to work through are due to my lack of knowledge. However, my on line installation technician Matt has been patient and helpful. With his continued support and guidance and my determination I expect to have a successful installation. The suggestion I would make is for potential customers who possess a reasonable degree of mechanical and electrical knowledge but not knowledge of electronics such as myself a study guide or primer would be helpful. Although I have to reread the installation and reference guides several times with Matt's help I am getting it.

EXCELLENT product for the price. Installation was easy - watch the UTube video first. If at first the unit doesn't come on, all you have to do is reset it - follow the directions in the book. We love ours.

Super simple order, something I expected to find "anywhere" on the internet, but actually HSS turned out to be one of not that many places that had the item I was looking for. Very standard order placing mechanism, nothing unexpected, and order arrived within a day or two.

I have NOT received the product I ordered. It was ordered 5/21/12 yet, according to UPS tracking, the order was not processed and shipped until until 6/1/12. Delivery is not expected until 6/7/12. Whereas I can accept a 5 or 6 day delivery schedule with standard ground shipping, I cannot accept an 11 day delay in the order date and order processed date.

I couldn't be more pleased with these folks. I got a good deal on quality equipment, they shipped right away and free. The one time I needed tech support, they were knowledgeable and really sounded like they enjoyed what they were doing. Before I ordered I had a question about how an item works. The sales rep knew the item upside down and backwards without having to put me on hold and ask someone. Very refreshing to find that in the "modern" business world.

Hi Natasha. Actually yes!...I did try to purchase an item. However we cancelled the order since we were contacted over the phone on your name, and asked to "reconfirm my credit card number and security code of same"...something that I had already submitted in my purchase order, and by no means I think is secure to reconfirm over the phone...so... as said, the order was cancelled by me and for my security. I still will purchase the item however, although through other store. Many thanks for asking and for your kind attention. Regards. Martin Murphy

Hi, Home Security store's website was very user friendly. I entered the product name I needed for my home security alarm in the search box. A list of variable products with a picture of the item and all the details were listed. This really made it easy for me to view and read the product I was needing. My selection was chosen and the process to check it out was even great. No hassles, no waiting, all the information was there to review on the product I choose to purchase. Each step process was smooth, just like sailing on calm waters and feeling the cool breeze in your hair and face. I was kept informed of when my order was shipped and when it was to arrive. I was very impressed with the excellent and outstanding service provided by Home Security store's website. I have shared my experience and the product I purchased with co-workers at my employment. Even those who don't own a home alarm system yet. I did let them know how much I liked shopping at the Home Security store and highly recommend they visit the website. Since they never know until they've given it a try and who’s to say, someone they know just might need a product from the Home Security store.
