Ordered product for a job paid for expedited shipping product showed up a day late and order was incomplete with a note saying back ordered! Bottom of the packing slip the was a note saying contact customer if there is a problem. No contact from them about backorder! If there was contact about the back order I could have changed the product to something they had in stock.

I am not a professional alarm installer. But I own several rental properties, and have over the years installed alarm systems in all of them. I have always bought my alarm parts from these fine folks. They ALWAYS fill their orders promptly, and accurately. Only recently did I receive my first DOA product, a malfunctioning cellular communicator. Mike in Tech Support helped me to determine it was faulty, gave me an RMA, and it's now being replaced. These guys are top notch, and always a pleasure to do business with.

I only wish I could offer more than 5 stars! Blake in sales hooked me up with everything I needed at competitive prices. It was pretty easy to install. But tech support? That's where the experience really excelled! Answered on the first ring, spoke English, and quickly assessed my competency. In an hour, the system was totally up and running. Jeff is the best!

I would like to comment on the professionalism of the Home Security Store. The sales person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about a the alarm products. He walked me through my order and told me exactly what I needed to install the alarm system. The Home Security Store has a customer for life!

I bought a door alarm a few years ago. I had it propped against my back door. While I was out of town someone kicked my back door in. The plastic part literally shattered. The burglar was then able to access my home. I do not recommend the Home Security Store.

We would recommend doing business with these nice, honest, (KNOWLEDGEABLE tech. dept.) people .We own a commercial property a long with a bicycle business where security is always a thought because of the mobility of our products . When you offer bicycles in the price & value range up to $11,000.00 not uncommon these days with carbon fiber & electric assist options . Living above the shop presents it's own set of particular needs from a system. Do it yourself options are great to save money, but it is even better when you have someone like Alex in the service dept. to help you along the way. I can't speak about any bad experiences yet in about 7 or 8 times of customer contact from them, Respectfully, Fox River Sports Wisconsin, U.S.A.

The Sales personnel is very friendly and helpful, and the purchase process went extremely well. However, when you need the technical suppport (they advertise lifetime free technical support) it is very common to wait more than an hour for them to even take your call (90 minutes was my longest wait). The technical suppor people are unfriendly and if you are not an electrician, their help is not of much value!

Website is great. Products were well described. Easy to navigate. 2. Prompt tracking infomation 3. Great online shopping experience. 4. Free Shipping. 5. Excellent Service. Order arrived quickly and accurately. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout the process. When I called to make a change to an order, the person I spoke to was very friendly and polite. He helped me change the order quickly and easily and ensured that I was satisfied with everything. I will definitely be shopping at the Home Security Store again.

Joehenry, I got through to your tech. support yesterday and they were brilliant! I do not remember the guys name I spoke with but he did a great job walking me through the re-wiring of the sensor/contacts and the system is working perfectly. Great work, great product, great service. I'll now be looking at purchasing additional accessories and componants for the system from your firm. Thanks again,

My name is John Reyes and I recently purchased quite a bit of equipment from your company. I needed to secure my home that was recently broken into. I found your company via the inter net and contacted your company. The sales rep was very informative and helpful in assisting me to determine all parts needed. I think his name was Ruben. I picked up all the equipment on a Friday, and was able to install items within a day. While installing the equipment, I needed to contact your tech support for assistance. Alex, Max, Steven and a couple of guys helped me set up the alarms. Alex even called me back on my cell phone, and followed up to see if I was able to install everything OK. In this day and time, you don't necessarily see customer support like that anymore. It was a refreshing welcome. Having the tech support of these gentlemen, reflects your company well. I can see why they are part of your customer service. I sincerely appreciated all the help they gave me , and will definitely do business with your company again. I will also recommend your company to my friends and family for any security needs. Thanks you and keep up the good work. Best Regards,
