Does not work with MAC! Product says takes 20 mins to install. Took 8 hours most of wich was a hold with tech support. Once I spoke to someone they had to remotely access my computer to get the features to work. That lastest until I shut my computer down at the end of the day! I called customer support Monday morning, wasted an hour on hold just to have then take my Name and Number for a call back. Now 2 days later with no call back I have been on hold again for an hour trying to get this system to function! This was purchased to help my business not add one more chore! I can not run my business by starting everyday on hold trying to get my security system to work! BUY a better brand that is more user friendly and has better (ANY) customer support!

I recently upgraded to the Lorex system because of the capabilities offered, especially viewing my home security system live when away from our home. It has been great to be anywhere, even 1200 miles from home and then with one click on my cell phone I can clearly see every part of my home inside and out, and all surrounding areas of my property. Big Thanks to Lorex!
