A passive infrared system that will detect movement in any selected 40 ft. area, 105 db Alarm. Complete with programmable security code, adjustable sensor head, low battery indicator. Mounting screws and hanging hardware included. 9 volt battery (not included).

Batteries seem to last for 2-3 months. forgot was set a couple of times, definitely surprising reminder, pretty loud. Although you can tell when batteries are running low, key pad tone, and alarm sounding are a slight bit lower. Over all a very good reliable product. It's super easy to use and is very loud. Just what I wanted. Place them near your doors and if anyone comes in at night you're definately going to know it and they're definately going to get startled! Martin on 3/24/2007, said: I've had this product for about a month. It does exactly what it says it will. Sensor detects very well and the alarm is very loud. It does have an input plug for 9 volt AC adapter, so you don't have to rely totally on batteries. The instructions were clear and programing was simple.
