Hidden within, however, is a powerful high-grade video camera with a convenient built-in DVR, which means you won't need additional and expensive recording devices for the DVR250 to function.
The focal lens is 4.3mm, and offers an impressive 78° angle view. The video captured by this device is in MPEG 4 AVI format, and even features a Motion-Activation feature that will begin recording only when people have entered the room. Additionally, the DVR250 never needs charging as it is powered by the plugged AC adapter itself. Simply plug the device in and let it work its magic!
To store your footage you merely have to insert an SD card into the device . The SD card can be as much as 16GB (the unit comes with a 4GB SD Card) and merely has to be removed and inserted into your personal computer to view the footage. The unit can record about 1 hour per GB, so virtually nothing you want captured will go unnoticed!
