After moving into a 3-story house, I asked my husband for a set of these intercoms for Christmas 2010. They've been perfect for what we needed, saving us from having to yell through the house or go up/down 2 flights of stairs just to say something to someone else in the house. They were easy to set up. We have one on each floor of the house and have not had any problems with interference or sound quality. Voice quality is not clear like a telephone, but still easily understandable. You just have to remember to wait until the beep when you press the button before you start talking. Almost exactly a year after purchasing them, they needed fresh batteries. It was at that point that I discovered one of the units had gone bad. Changing the battery (twice, just to be sure) didn't help. Resetting all four units and re-syncing them didn't help - it just didn't work anymore. That's why I have given 4 stars instead of 5, but the other 3 units are still working just fine, and I would buy them again.

We got 8 of these wireless intercoms for use in our medical office. They are simple and quick to set up, easy to use, and the voice quality is fine. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an intercom system.

I've had these for a couple of months. We have them spread out over three levels in our home and they do exactly what they're supposed to do. The sound is perfectly clear. I've heard comments on other sites that it cuts the first few words off but you just have to wait a beat or two to begin speaking - not difficult. I'll be buying four more.
