Bruce on 11/11/2007, said: I had to call Customer Service three times in order to find out how to adjust the lamp holders. My wife and I practically got a hernia trying to pull and twist the adjustable parts. I was told, 'Yes. it is VERY difficult to make the adjustments. You have to REALLY pull and twist the adjustable parts. Finally the two us - working together - got the &%$# thing adjusted. I had to take off the top plate and turn the bulb holders around manually.
