Records for maybe 2 minutes at a time and then doesn't record and shows "no record" for 2 to 10 minutes thus it misses more than 1/2 of surviellance time.Saw this happened to someone e3lse who bought the complete system but thought it couldn't happen to me. So far no one answers the phone at Home Sec. store.

This DVR is awesome, fairly to set up, and recorded video is crystal clear. Totally blows away any time lapse video recorder. (VCR) I already had a good system, this DVR makes it even better!!

The technical support they provided me was excellent. They walked me through the set up and then took care of the tricky work so I could view my system remotely. I can monitor my cameras over then internet at my summer home from my regular home.

Excellent DVR!! Very easy to setup! The DVR is very user friendly and easy to understand. The Atrix customer service reps were excellent too! I called Atrix because I had a question. They took down my number and said would call me back within an hour. I got a call within the hour, but was not able to answer. The customer service rep called me twice next day again saying that they had an answer to my question. I called them the next day got an answer to my question. I would definitely recommend this product!

I've got four cameras hooked-up to this DVR. It records non-stop, and while traveling, I am able to log-in through Internet Explorer and see my house from thousands of miles away. Easy to set-up. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable DVR.
