Again, the DVR is a Triplex DVR. Triplex means the DVR can perform three functions all at the same time while being viewed by multiple viewers. Those three functions are: the DVR can remain recording - that’s the first function, while the user is viewing footage in playback mode - that’s the second function, and it can also stay recording while being viewed in real-time online in the network mode by multiple viewers - that’s the third function.
Another valued feature of this DVR is that is supports Dynamic DNS (domain name system). This means there is one stable and consistent address associated with the DVR. In other words, it’s a smart DVR that allows for remote viewing from any internet connection worldwide without having to change the domain name or install software.
The DVR has a pre-installed 250 GB hard drive with a USB back-up option. The DVR can be programmed to record on a continuous mode, a motion detection mode, when a sensor is triggered, or by a timed schedule.
