The LW2201 Ultra Digital Wireless Surveillance by Lorex Technology is an efficient, wireless, and stand-alone surveillance system that can incorporate up to four cameras.
Set-up of the LW2201 is super simple. That’s because it is wireless - there is no need to run cables between the receiver and the camera. The wireless range of the system is 450 feet and the signal is pure digital, secure, and interference-free.
Do you want to keep an eye on your property at night? No problem. The camera for this system has night-vision and has been tested to have a night viewing of up to 46 feet. The camera is also equipped with a microphone for listen-in surveillance.
Durable metal weatherproof casing houses the camera (with sunshield) which is ideal for indoor and outdoor use. In addition, both the camera and the receiver have high gain antennas which ensure long distance and secure operation.
The receiver easily connects to any TV/Monitor or DVR/DVD recorder. The receiver also allows for a couple of viewing options. One is a quad mode which shows up to four cameras on the same screen. The other mode is switching mode which shows all the cameras in full screen one right after the other. Both the receiver and the camera each work off 12 volts of DC power. In addition, the receiver will signal a safety warning to notify you when or if the camera is out of range.
The LW2201 system already has been paired. However, if you incorporate more cameras, they will need to be synced. It is highly recommended that you pair the cameras before installation.
