Mounted two of these on my basement windows as backups for the NX650. I wanted double coverage in case a burglar shattered the glass, as opposed to forcing the window open. They mount directly on the glass. They're super easy to install and have no risk of false alarms. Test these by tapping a metal object on the glass.
