The product works perfectly!!! Only problem was that if you are 1500 miles away and the power goes out at midnight causing the temperature in the house to fall, the unit does call. However, it keeps on calling until someone comes to the house to shut it off. It called us 190 times during the night until we could have someone get to the house to reset the furnace and shut off the alarm. Going to find a unit that can be shut off remotely.

Very easy to set up, instructions were complete and easy to follow. I installed it in my summer home. One less thing to worry about.
