James Pappas on 1/6/2013, said: This is a great product for the money but the only downfall is that it does not support the 5827 bi directional keypad note: it will work but the led and beep report status will not work. So you are kinda blind when it comes to knowing if you are walking through the door to an alarm that went off earlier or if it was even disarmed when you did it from the keypad..
