I have 3 son's going in and out of the garage all the time. With the garage door left open it is a huge invitation for theft. At least it will give some piece of mind that the device will close door after a preset time. It works great and very easy to install.

Wow, just what I wanted I can regulate my timer from two minutes to twenty minutes to close the garage door. They is a beep that goes on as soon as you open the garage door it starts off slow then when the timer is close to the time to close the door it goes faster. The best part that I like is when I want the garage door to remain open all I have to do is touch the button again and the timer will stop and the door remain open until I close it. It was very easy to install and I love it. Yours Truly Anthony M. Salvatore
