Larry on 12/4/2012, said: Read the instructions and installed in in less then 15 minutes. Set up the three master codes and added a few more users and had the clean up done less then 30 minutes. Works great and only had one fail to unlock so far. I do recommend the Trinity 788, it is a good heavy duty lock. Home Security Store.com shipped it out fast, delivered on time. The template isn't the best for aligning, and the chances are, this is not going to be a perfect fit for your existing door. Code setups were almost as bad, but once you figure it out, it is smooth sailing. The instructions are written with bad grammar. Doug on 9/29/2012, said: Put this lock on my office about 6 months ago and it has worked flawlessly so far on the same batteries, would be 5 stars if it was for an outside entry door , when i bought it i found nothing in the description that it was for interior doors only,programming intructions are a little tricky to follow ,had to find a you tube vidio on the programming , but after it was set up it works excellent, with very quick entry, looks great and built from quality material. Added my wife's finger prints to it easily. Ive been using it since last years June 2009 and love it. Now I can throw party's and not worry who will enter our bedroom, and we can easily access it when ever we like, not having to bother with keys.
