According to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the majority of injuries and hospitalizations for people 65 years and older are the result of falls in and around the home. If that fallen senior is found within one hour, they have a 92% chance of being found alive. If found later, their odds of survival significantly drops.

How the Medical Alert works is simple –
UL Listed Monitoring Center
LifeStation owns and operates its own UL Listed In-house Medical Monitoring Facility (while most other providers outsource this critical process to a third party). In-house management allows LifeStation’s staff to hear firsthand and review emergency calls instantly on a daily basis to ensure that the right level of service is being delivered.
CSAA Certified Specialists
All LifeStation Care Specialists are Central Station Alarm Association certified. This means Specialists meet or exceed the highest standard for monitoring center personnel. In addition, all LifeStation Care Specialist trainees must complete 6 weeks of intensive classroom training. This is followed by an apprenticeship program with a veteran Specialist who must certify the trainee. Once the program is complete, Care Specialists are evaluated on a regular basis.
2 Agents on Every Call
When a help button is pushed, LifeStation will always be there to answer the call. If LifeStation needs to contact emergency services or your friends and family, one Care Specialist will do so, while another Care Specialist will remain on the line with you until help arrives.
You care about your parents and aging relatives. It’s what good families do. That’s why you don’t want to take chances when it comes to their safety. Sign up today to receive a LifeStation Medical Alert System.
