Even better, call for Free Tech Support which is excellent but requires your waiting on hold for a little while. But it's worth the wait.
Being a DIY project requires learning so you must learn by carefully reading this new technical stuff. I am retired and it took, approximately, 7 days of bussy knowledge acquisition.
This can be used as a very basic system, such as I have, but it is sophisticated, expandable and high tech. There are additional modules and integrate and expand the basic systems. The sales rep will help you choose what you want. Video,Cell Phone reporting, Cell phone Arm and Disarm, etc.
Extremely satisfying to have completed this project. Also saved a lot of money.

I would suggest buying a Honeywell system. (I wish I had.) There are lots of youtube videos showing exactly how to wire a Honeywell system. The instructions in the Honeywell systems are MUCH better. (Posted on 4/20/13)
