The UTA combines a professional appearance with powerful features; such as a built in time delay (0 to 99 minutes), built-in temperature sensor which can be used for monitoring room temperature, dual relay outputs, plus the ability of remote monitoring (up to 500' away) with optional probes. The user can set the Hi and Lo temperature limit anywhere from -120° to +300°F when the unit is used with the appropriate optional sensor. If this limit is exceeded the unit will generate a relay output which will activate alarms, dialers, etc. Operates on 12 VDC

The UTA-1 operates from 12V DC, features a professional appearance with large LCD display and separately adjustable high and low set points. Standard unit monitors temperature from +32 to +130 deg F (0 to 55 deg C). Optional probes are available for wider temperature ranges. If the monitored temperature rises above the high set point, a SPST relay output is activated. If the monitored temperature falls below the low set point, a SPST relay output is activated. Unit includes a 0-99 minute delay timer.
