If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered.
Return Policy The Home Security Store provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 951-782-8527 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from the Home Security Store are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling. Warranty: For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Home Security Store, Inc. may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.
In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, Home Security Store, Inc. will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.
