All of your alarm accessories- smoke detectors, heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, pull stations, water flow devices, sirens and strobe lights- communicate with an alarm control panel which will alert guests, employees and students if smoke or fire is within your complex. The choice of which control panel is right for you comes down to the size of your building and how much control you want to have.

Our hardwired systems receive and process information from input devices (accessories) and in turn trigger an alarm, sirens or strobes and dial out to the fire department if necessary.

There are four basic types of alarm control panels: Coded, Conventional, Addressable and Multiplex systems. A conventional panel will detect on/off signals and they use separate wiring circuits (zones) to relay pertinent information to whoever is in charge of the system.
