In Tennessee, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department arrested two men who they say stole a motorcycle only to return to the crime scene with the stolen goods.
According to police reports, a neighbor of the victim told deputies he saw two men break into her garage, roll a motorcycle down the road, and load it into the back of a truck. Strangely enough, the two men returned to the victim’s home shortly after and were there when the police arrived.
According to TriCities.com, an eyewitness confirmed the maroon F-150 pick-up truck had the same tag number as the pick-up truck that the motorcycle was loaded into.
Cody Addison, 19, and Dustin Clay Barger, 18, were arrested and charged with burglary and theft. Addison was also charged with simple possession for having what appeared to be marijuana in his pockets.
